Accessibility

Brabanthal also considers its less mobile visitors. The venue offers conveniently located parking spaces close to the entrance, and our sanitary facilities are wheelchair accessible. Not only are the hall and foyer on the ground floor adapted, but the conference center on the first floor is also accessible: there is an elevator available, and all meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible.

By Car

Brabanthal is strategically located in the heart of Brabant, along the Meerdaalboslaan expressway (N25), which connects Tiensesteenweg (N3) with Geldenaaksebaan.

– 4 km southeast of Leuven city center

– 7 km from the junction of the E314/A2 with the E40

– 1 km from the E40, exit 23a Haasrode-Heverlee

– direct access via highways to Brussels, Liège, Hasselt, and easy connections via main roads to Sint-Truiden, Tienen, Mechelen

Directions from the E40

Take exit 23a and follow the signs to Haasrode. At the second traffic light, turn right. You will find Brabanthal on your left.

Directions from Tiensesteenweg (N3)

At the intersection with the Meerdaalboslaan expressway (N25), enter the N25. At the first traffic light, turn left. You will find Brabanthal on your left.

From Parkpoort – Geldenaaksebaan:

Drive along Geldenaaksebaan from Parkpoort until you reach the intersection with the traffic lights for the E40 on-ramp. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Meerdaalboslaan (N25). At the first traffic light, turn right. You will find Brabanthal on your left.

By Public Transport

Line 630 (Wijgmaal – Leuven – Brabanthal) runs every 15 minutes to the ‘Brabanthal’ stop. During peak hours, this bus runs every 8 minutes.
Line 4 (Herent – Leuven – Brabanthal) runs every 30 minutes to the ‘Brabanthal’ stop on weekdays. During peak hours, this bus runs every 15 minutes.

You can also take line 5 or 6, which (alternately) runs every 30 minutes to the ‘VDAB – Syntra’ stop (+/- 850m walk to Brabanthal).

By Bicycle

From Tiensesteenweg (N3):

At the intersection with the Meerdaalboslaan expressway (N25), cycle along the N25 bike path to the first traffic light. At this traffic light, turn left. You will find Brabanthal on your left.
